Every product is covered for the life of the product.
If it ever lets you down or you’re simply not happy for any reason, we’ll make it right with a full refund or a replacement, no questions asked.
No-Hassle Refunds (No Questions Asked)
Email us at contact@ancestralhaven.com with your order number and what you’d like (refund or replacement).
No return required in most cases. If we ever need an item back (e.g., for a safety inspection), we’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
Fair Use of Unlimited Warranty
Our Unlimited Warranty and no-hassle refund policy exist to give every customer complete peace of mind. While we stand by this promise, we also reserve the right to decline or limit requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, made in bad faith, or intended to take unfair advantage of this policy.

Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? Just tell us in your email and we’ll ship a replacement right away.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off
If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Our Unlimited Warranty and no-hassle refunds are in addition to your legal rights.
Refund Timing
Once we process your request, refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take up to 10 business days to post the credit. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, please email contact@ancestralhaven.com
